Director of the learning center, is often regarded as one of Michigan’s best teachers. Among Lee’s accomplishments, he was named Teacher of the Year by the NMPGA and has won multiple Player of the Year awards in Michigan. Lee was also nominated Top 50 instructor by Golf Digest.
Lee has been fortunate to have been surrounded by some of the top instructors and players in the game for over 20 years. Lee was lucky that Phil Rodgers befriended him during his 12 years in Orlando. Phil Rodgers was not only a great player; 5- Time Tour winner and runner-up in the 1963 British Open, but was in high demand on the tour from players such as Jack Nicklaus, Greg Norman, to name a few. In addition to Phil, Lee worked closely with Golf Digest top 50 instructors Fred Griffin, Kathy Whitworth, and Ralph Mann, PHD in Biomechanics and Olympic silver medalist.
Lee has tried to implement this experience into his own game. Among Lee's accomplishments he has earned Northern Michigan Player of the Year multiple times and has won the NMPGA chapter championship. Lee has played on four Fuller Cup teams representing Michigan PGA professionals against the states top amatuers. The insight Lee has gained his relationships and through his competitive playing experience makes him one of the top instructors in the country.
